1. We will NEVER pass your personal or company details onto any other company or third party, unless you expressly consent to us doing so for purposes such as referral.

We only hold customer information on our own computers, such information does not leave our offices except on hand held data storage devices, such devices are used by our staff as part of their daily operation. These hand held devices are fully password protected. Data is never transferred to media such as USB sticks, CDs etc. 
    
   
3. Customer information is only stored by us, we do not employ third party data management. 
   
   
4. The addresses of our regular customers may be stored in our staff's satellite navigation equipment memories, this is purely for efficient use of our time, no other personal or business data would be stored in such devices.Portable satellite navigation equipment used by us is password protected, factory fitted satellite navigation in our cars is protected by the vehicle security measures. 
   
   
5. In keeping with most other companies, we make extensive use of mobile telephone technology, as a result many customer's phone numbers will be stored in the handsets of these telephones, only personal names, company names & relevant telephone numbers will be stored in these memories, no other personal data will be stored using this medium.
    
   
6. Mailings are sent out periodically by us, these are usually based upon the content being of interest to our customers, if you would prefer not to receive these periodical mailings from us, please send an e-mail to info@techknowservices.co.uk and we will immediately remove your e-mail address from all of our mailing lists. 
   
   
7. Information supplied by you, to us via our web contact forms, will be stored on our systems & will, by definition, be used to make contact with you via your preferred contact method. 
   
   
8. We don't use cookies to track your use of our site, however cookies may be required for future login to secured parts of the site. Furthermore, we do not use IP address tracking. 
   
   
9. We use third party secure web systems to collect credit/debit card payments, we do not store any credit/debit card information on our systems. 
   
   
10. All trademarks relating to products shown on our website are the property of their trademark owners. 
    
    
11. Most of our website allows anonymous browsing, some content may be protected & require a free sign up, any information gathered during the sign up process will only be used by Tech Know Services Limited.

13. Our website contains links to outside website, we can not be held responsible for the content of those sites or the privacy policies of the site owners, please consult the privacy policy of the relevant site owner.

We NEVER send out e-mails asking you to log into portions of our website that require password protected access, if you receive an e-mail professing to be from Tech Know Services, please treat it as a 'Phishing' e-mail. Please also notify us AND your ISP immediately, so that we can try to take some action against the perpetrators.
