Online Purchasing
Here at Tech Know Services, we would prefer to see you face to face in order to sell
you equipment, to this end we don’t actively encourage online purchasing, however,
if you would like to buy direct from our web site, please call us on 01784 269360
so that we can both discuss your requirements fully and to take your credit or debit
card payment. We feel this is the safest and most customer friendly approach.
If you do make your payment by debit or credit card, we need to inform you of the
following:
- We will NEVER pass your personal or company card details onto any other company or
third party, moreover we do not retain any card details, so you will always need
to supply us with your card details for each and every purchase from us. No recurring
billing will occur either, even for services such as diagnostic equipment software
subscriptions.

- All directors of Tech Know Services Limited are residents of the UK.
- All mains powered equipment sold by Tech Know Services Limited will be fitted with
a UK mains plug, it will also be rated at 230-240 volts AC, unless otherwise specified.
If you require your devices to be available for use outside the UK, please inform
us at the time of ordering, so that we can advise you whether any modifications or
new parts are required so as to make them suitable for use in your country of destination.
- Should you require a refund or wish to return any items, please contact our customer
services helpline, contact details as above, so that we can discuss your requirements.
Generally once sales are made, they are considered to be final, but we are always
here to help, so please speak to us about your requirements. If you change your mind
prior to dispatch of your equipment, we may be able to offer a refund, however, if
the equipment being purchased is already on order, a handling charge may be levied.
- Generally, we use Parcel Force as our preferred carrier, however we may at our discretion
use other carriers or our own delivery vehicles in order to deliver your equipment
to you. We will always advise you when your item(s) have been dispatched from us
and also advise you of a likely delivery date, generally this will be 24-48 hours
from dispatch to UK destinations, destinations outside the UK will vary.
- All items sold by Tech Know Services Limited will be charged in UK pounds (£), they
will generally be subject to UK VAT charged at the prevailing rate, a full UK VAT
Invoice will be issued with the goods. Charging in other currencies is currently
not available.
- Some of our products cannot be sold outside the UK, for both practical and territorial
reasons, please contact us prior to purchase with your requirements to avoid any
confusion.
